In order to do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, MVTV Wireless is implementing social distancing measures. Our Granite Falls office location will be closed to the public from March 18th – March 27th. We will reassess the situation at that time.
We will be available during normal office hours of Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Our Customer Service team will be working remote and available by email, Facebook messaging, or by calling 320-564-4807 during normal office hours. As always, our Network team will be monitoring the network closely. Technicians will be deployed for essential service calls only, and only to healthy households.
Payments can be mailed to our office (P.O Box A, Granite Falls, MN 56241), dropped off in the MVTV drop box outside of Robert Danielowski’s office (752 Prentice Street in Granite Falls), payments can be made online through the customer portal, over the phone during business hours, and auto-pay will still run on the 18th.
Our main concern is the safety of MVTV customers, employees, and doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
