Effective March 1, 2016, a fee of $2.00 per paper statement will be assessed per month for each printed & mailed statement.

If you would like to receive your monthly bill as an email, please fill out this form. Forms received on or after the 25th will process for the following month's bill. E-statements are sent out on the 1st of each month.
